Protocol Portal

You can now log in using your MacID.

If you do not have a MacID (you aren't a registered student, faculty or employ

ee) AND you require access to the BUP, your supervisor or representative (who has a MacID and is a full time employee of McMaster) requires to fill in a UTS ticket to request POI access.

  • Click here to go to the UTS ticket portal.
  • Click 'Accounts and Access'
  • Click 'POI Access'
  • In the form check 'Mac ID and Email Account', then choose an end date (make note of this), add in the POI's date of birth and current email address, then complete the rest of the form.
  • The POI will be emailed their credentials and instructions on how to activate their account.

If you are a POI and your access is suddenly gone, you require to go back to your sponsor to put in a UTS ticket to extend the end date of your POI status.
